As a professional working mum-to-be Valerie felt the need to stay organised during her pregnancy to help manage and balance the pressures of work, and preparing for the birth of her first baby.

It was at this time when Valerie created her concept of a Pregnancy + Baby Organiser, an A4 compendium with no traces of pink, blue, ducks  and bears but rather a stylish compendium which could be carried to work , meetings, doctors appointments and the many hours of pre-baby shopping.

After the birth of her beautiful baby girl, Isabella Josephine in 2007, Valerie began an extensive research process to create the Inner-B Pregnancy + Baby Organiser. Determined to make it a useful stylish solution for the modern mum-to-be, it was not until 15 months later that it was finally ready to launch.

With over 15 years experience in the marketing arena, working for some of Australia's leading brands. Valerie let her entrepreneurial skills take over, her biggest asset ‘PASSION' makes her a savvy business woman with a creative flair and a love for all things feminine.

Valerie strongly believes that being organised helps eliminate unwanted stress and has since created several products to add to the range specifically designed for mums and parents.

After achieving her long time goal of climbing to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro (5,895 meters above sea level) and trekking for Mountain Gorillas in Uganda, Valerie is excited about her goals and dreams for Inner-B and of course the next adventure filled holiday with husband , Kurt and their gorgeous daughter, Isabella.  I think its safe to say that the location will probably have a play centre close by rather than wild animals - for now at least!
